Retro Monster Masks - 11x17 Framed Poster

11x17 Framed Artwork as hung at the Industry Show. Frame is a basic plastic frame with no glass. Purchased pieces can be picked up at Industry when the show closes in early November. If the piece is sold out you can still purchase an unframed print in 11x17.

These iconic images, familiar to 60's and 70's Monster Kids, were at one time available as rubber masks offered for sale in the back of Famous Monsters magazine at the time. Imagine mailing a coupe of bucks and getting one of these gruesome faces back in the mail! I created a new illustration paying homage to the ads of the time, with 9 of these chilling mask designs laid over the top and colored the way I would Imagine them to look. Printed in full color, this work of art feels authentic yet modern.
